Do I need my own domain?
Yes. Type a domain you own while ordering. After setup, point it to the two nameservers in your welcome email.
How fast is the account ready?
Usually within a minute of payment. Login details arrive by email, and the client area has a button that opens cPanel directly.
Can I change plan or cancel later?
Yes, from the client area. Moving to a bigger plan costs only the difference for the days left in your billing period. Cancelling stops renewals; the site stays online until the paid period ends.
How do renewals work?
We email an invoice 7 days before the due date. Unpaid accounts are suspended 3 days after the due date and deleted 15 days after it.
How can I pay?
